BIPOC Mental Health Circle at Trans-Pecos

Insula Collective is a wellness initiative that offers affirming, peer-led spaces for BIPOC to explore mental health, identity, and healing in real time. In the past year alone, we’ve hosted 50+ support groups — online and in person — each one rooted in connection, care, and collective reflection.

This gathering will be led by Briana Boyd, a certified peer support specialist (CA & NY) and the founder of Insula Collective. With lived experience and a deep commitment to creating non-clinical, culturally grounded spaces, Briana facilitates each group with intention and warmth.

🌿 Monthly Online BIPOC Mental Health Support Group 🌿

Welcome to our virtual peer-led support group created exclusively for those who identify as BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color). We meet online once a month, so you can join from wherever you are 🧘🏽‍♀️🛋️

Whether you want to share, listen, be in community, or simply be reminded you're not alone, you are welcome here. No pressure to “fix” anything — just space to be.

✨ Led by a certified peer support specialist
✨ Founded and facilitated by Insula Collective — an independent BIPOC-owned mental health initiative
✨ Sliding scale donation to reserve your spot
✨ Spots are limited to keep things cozy & connected
